Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Claim Buddy (gcn.claims and its mobile apps) and the GCN App (globalcontractor.app), provided by The Global Contractor Network, LLC (“GCN”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you use them for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

Accounts

• Accounts are set up by GCN or by your company’s administrator. There is no public sign-up.
• Keep your login private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Your company administrator can add, change or remove your access.

Subscriptions

Companies buy subscriptions and seats directly from GCN, outside the mobile apps. The mobile apps are free to download and require an account. Pricing, billing and cancellation are covered by your company’s agreement with GCN.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the apps to:

• break the law, misrepresent an insurance claim or damage, or commit fraud;
• enter information about people without a lawful reason to have it;
• access another company’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or share your login;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the apps.

Your content

You and your company own the information, photos and documents you put in the apps. You give GCN permission to store and process them to provide the service. Corrected roof outlines and pitch (measurements only) may be used to improve roof detection for all users.

Estimates, reports and AI

Measurements, estimates, reports and AI-generated content are tools to help you work faster. They can contain errors. You are responsible for checking them before relying on them or sending them to a customer, insurer or anyone else. Nothing in the apps is legal, insurance, engineering or financial advice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the apps available but can’t promise uninterrupted service. We may update or change features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The apps are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GCN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and GCN’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid GCN in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
